Andrew S. Yingling is an associate whose practice focuses on taxation, nonprofit organizations, and general corporate matters. He has experience litigating tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service both administratively and in federal court. In addition, Mr. Yingling regularly advises nonprofit organizations in securing and maintaining their tax-exempt status.
Before joining Zuckert, Scoutt & Rasenberger, LLP, Mr. Yingling served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin, of the Maryland Circuit Court. During law school, he worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Roger W. Titus, of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and as a legal intern at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of Enforcement.
Mr. Yingling is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland and before the U.S. Tax Court. He serves as a member of the Alumni Council for the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law’s Alumni Association.
