We advise corporations and individuals on a broad range of general employer-employee relations matters under both federal and state law.  This includes employee hiring and discharge advice, employee claims and lawsuits involving alleged sexual and racial harassment, age and gender discrimination as well as employee pregnancy and childbirth issues, and national origin and alienage discrimination.  

We also advise clients on how to deal with HIV and AIDS in the workplace, and on the growing body of law emerging from the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The firm also prepares and advises on personnel manuals for employers, and on procedural and policy manuals for companies involved in voluntary or government mandated drug use testing.  

The firm also has represented companies in labor negotiations, arbitration and labor-related litigation, and has particular experience in the integration of labor contracts following mergers and acquisitions.  We also advise clients on the application of federal and state wage and hour provisions.
