Members of the firm have experience in handling customs and immigration problems. The firms advises clients regarding compliance with the various requirements of the immigration and customs laws, in particular concerning work authorization for employees of foreign companies doing business in the U.S. We also represent U.S. and foreign companies in enforcement matters before the Customs Service and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Within recent years, the firm has successfully handled numerous immigration appeals and customs enforcement matters.
