Antitrust Practice

We have provided advice on antitrust issues to a broad range of business interests. This has included joint ventures, mergers (including the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission review process), and other forms of cooperative dealings. Attorneys in our firm have defended individuals and corporations in antitrust criminal actions brought by the Department of Justice, have litigated private antitrust suits, and obtained business review letters from the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. We have also instituted antitrust compliance programs for several corporations. The firm provides ongoing antitrust advice to several trade associations.
