  • Customs/Export/Re-export Requirements

Advise, apply for approval and/or licenses from the Departments of Defense, Commerce and State for the export/re-export of aircraft, parts, munitions, etc.  Provide advice regarding Customs Service requirements.

  • Environmental

Provide assistance in interpreting and applying international and domestic environmental standards, including aircraft noise and emissions, hazardous materials, underground storage tanks and Environmental Protection Agency land use restrictions.

Prepare or respond as necessary to environmental impact statements or environmental assessments required by law.

  • Investigations and Enforcement

Serve as defense counsel for individuals and companies charged with violation of aviation related laws and regulations.  Representation may range from informal negotiations with regulatory authorities to formal trial proceedings before administrative and judicial tribunals.

Advise businesses and individuals involved in investigative proceedings before the FAA, the National Transportation Safety Board ("NTSB") and other government agencies responsible for aviation enforcement.
