Aviation lawyers often are thought of as attorneys who deal with economic regulation of airlines, and certainly that is a significant part of our aviation practice.   However, with respect to both legal and consulting matters, we also handle the full range of safety and technical issues critical both to airlines and the entire aviation and space industry.  This includes activities ranging from the certification of an airplane, rotorcraft or their parts by the Federal Aviation Administration, the licensing of pilot schools and repair stations, to aircraft noise, airport environmental issues, space launch site licensing, accident investigations, civil penalties, airport security, airspace management, satellite communications, airman certificates, international agreements and foreign regulations.
