Administrative Practice

The firm's attorneys appear before virtually all agencies of the federal government. Transportation, taxation and government contracts matters obviously focus much of our work on agencies such as the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Defense, the Surface Transportation Board (formerly the Interstate Commerce Commission) and the Internal Revenue Service. The firm also has considerable experience before other agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission, Department of the Treasury and Department of State.

The Administrative Practice Group is headed by Richard Allen and Nat Breed and includes Jol Silversmith.
