Nathaniel Breed concentrates on federal, state and international regulatory law, with primary emphasis in aviation and telecommunications law. His practice includes all phases of representation of U.S. and foreign air carriers, aircraft lessors and sellers, U.S. airports and civic parties and individual pilots in licensing, rulemaking and enforcement proceedings before the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration and other federal agencies.

Mr. Breed has represented aviation clients in appellate proceedings before federal courts, and has participated in foreign licensing proceedings and bilateral negotiations involving numerous foreign countries. He has been actively involved in legislative matters before the U.S. Congress and played a leading role as counsel for a major U.S. air cargo carrier in the enactment of Air Cargo Deregulation in 1977.

Mr. Breed is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth and Tenth Circuits.
