David Endersbee primarily advises companies, foreign and domestic
airlines, foreign governments, airports, and manufacturers on a variety
of commercial and regulatory matters relating to U.S. aviation policy,
regulation, and enforcement. These matters include international air
service agreements, and Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation
Administration, Transportation Security Administration, and Customs and
Border Protection regulations and policies.
Mr. Endersbee is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He is also a member of the Aero Club of Washington and the International Aviation Club. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Endersbee practiced at another Washington, D.C. firm. |
