MARK RINGEL primarily focuses his practice on business aviation and aircraft matters. Mark represents a wide range of clients in commercial transactions involving the purchase, sale, lease, financing and operations of business aircraft. In addition, his clients include aircraft management companies and charter operators, and his practice includes providing advice on regulatory compliance issues as well as aircraft ownership structures that comply with relevant Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation regulations. Mark and the aviation team take a collaborative approach to resolving issues that arise in the context of business aircraft ownership, including corporate matters and tax issues.  Mark's aviation experience includes working as an engineer at The Boeing Company, where he was responsible for large project management activities, including major refurbishment projects and managing aircraft deliveries for Boeing's Program Management Office. After law school, Mark negotiated and administered a variety of corporate jet sales, leases, and acquisitions at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, Georgia.
